Finally BMW is preparing to launch its new adventure bike BMW F 450 GS. The company had showcased this bike as a concept in the Auto Expo 2025 which people were very excited to see. Recently the production-spec design was leaked through a patent filing after seeing which it has been confirmed that the design of this adventure tourer bike matches quite closely with its concept design.Based on some internal sources, this bike can have 48 bhp power and 29-35 kmpl mileage, so let’s talk in detail about the expected price, engine, tech of this bike.
BMW F 450 GS: Design & Build
Talking about the design of the F 450 GS, the design of this bike is quite similar to that of 1300 GS till some extent, this bike has adjustable windscreen, LED headlight with 4 x-shaped DRLs and a prominent beak for good visibility, 6.5-inch TFT display, knuckle protector for hand safety, 2-piece stepped seat for the rider and luggage and a compact upswept exhaust.
Talking about the suspension of the F 450GS, you can see 43mm USD adjustable suspension in the front and monoshock with preload adjustment in the rear. Talking about the 450 grams wheels and brakes, it has a 320 mm disc plate with Brembo brake calipers at the front and a 230 mm disc plate with Bybre brake caliper at the rear.
Talking about the wheels and tyres of this bike, according to some sources, it can be launched with two wheel options (alloy, spoke wheels). It has a 19-inch spoke wheel with 120/70 section tubeless tyres at the front and a 150/70 section tubeless tyre at the rear.

Talking about the engine and performance of BMW F 450 GS, this adventurers bike comes with 450cc and twin-parallel engine with liquid cooled system that produces 48 bhp power and 45 Nm torque, which makes it a powerful bike.
It also comes with 6-speed manual transmission with slip and assist clutch which makes its gear shifting easy and advanced. Talking about its mileage, no official data has been revealed by the company yet, but based on some big websites, this bike can have a mileage of 29-35kmpl and a top speed of 150-160 km.

If we talk about the expected price of F 450 GS, the official price is not yet revealed by the company but based on internal sources, this bike could be launched between Rs. 4.25 lakh ex-showroom to Rs. 4.60 lakh ex-showroom, and if we talk about its expected launch date, this bike could be launched in the starting month of December 2025 or 2026.
